Finger Puppets
I left you last time with a hint of Martha's felt finger puppets. While I was rolling salami shaped felt sausages, she was creating finger shapes. We laughed a lot. She stuffed the partially felted shapes with plastic so they would hold their shape in the washing machine.
She needle felted features and hair. The hair is scraps of fleece rolled with soap and hot water and rolled, and rolled!
The colours are wonderful!
I thought they were waiting for mouths and more features, but Martha thinks they are finished?
Love them!
It was wonderful to see the end result especially after I had seen your tutorial. You certainly love colour. I can't help thinking what a wonderful fun way to relax especially for Martha having a break in her studies, but good for you both. Well done.

Excellent! I don't think they need mouths, either... at the moment they can express a range of emotions, when mouths, noses etc would limit them to just one!

They definitely need names.

Love love love them! Martha is very clever, obviously taking after her mum in the craft stakes! I love the trader-style moustache on the red one!
