1000 comments and prizes!
Checking out my stats the other day I noticed that I was creeping towards having 1000 comments! So I devised a plan. The person who left the One Thousandth Comment would receive a surprise parcel! 
And for all my other visitors here is a chance to have a little package of this and that from my shed. When I was putting this package together just now I made up two more a bit like it. 
To be in with a chance of one of them, just leave a comment and I will select two at random - on - lets see..... my Mum's birthday .... 16th July. In fact, Mum can pick the winners as I have just issued her and Dad with a personal invitation to the shed!
Oh - and if you'd like to know who left the 1000th comment - it was Lindsay at Serendipity

the draw will be on 15th July - the Sunday when Mum and Dad are visiting. So - by noon on 15th please.
I was planning on doing this because my comments were creeping up to a big number, and then I realized that it was counting ME, when I linked back to a previous post! That just didn't seem right :-) It is fun to see what you are giving away- it should inspire me to do the same.

I enjoy your blog, what a nice idea. I'd love to be included in your draw...my mum's birthday is on the 19th July (Cancer Mum's are gooduns aren't they), she lives in Cornwall and I haven't seen her since Christmas...we're going to visit this summer, I'm hoping to go on her special day. We're going off on belgian travels. I will look after john and make sure his tent does not get washed away and the like. Also your flowery tent will get it's first outing.
You can disclude me from your tombola because not being funny or anything but I have just been to libertys..
