December hasn't got enough days in it! Alston was really lovely, and now there are a few workshoppy type things to do and lots of eating nice food with even nicer people. But yesterday, at short notice, we had a trip to London and back to celebrate a life lived well with a wonderful group of friends. We took the chance to see Martha and Matt for a brief two hours on the way back. What a treat - here they are waving on the platform at Kings Cross as we sat on the train back to Newcastle - cold, dark night. Warm glowy feeling inside.

You don't have get around, our Katie... x

Oh yes it's the quickest month by far - must be all the anticipation!

I take it you went to a funeral, but what a lovely way to put it, "to celebrate a life lived well".
Will all the children be visiting for Christmas?
Now I'd better be off as well, like you the month is far too short especially when there is twice as much to do.
Merry Christmas.
