Do you do this? When you have a million things to do - some of them a bit daunting - some involving large sums of money - do you find yourself engaged in time wasting activities? Who would have thought that I had time to make cardboard horses at the moment when I have a 'to do' list as long as Great Wall of China (gratuitous link)
Here are todays horses
An old map of Texas and this one is called Terry. (it says it on his tail is why)
And here is another pink one
yes - I sat there sewing purple wool onto a cardboard horse at 9am when I should be BUSY!
I'm off!

Crazy Horses, oh I have let myself down this time with musical references....The Osmonds!
I completley understand the procrastination, I am quite skilled at it myself.

Engaging in time wasting activities when you have lots to do, yes, I should be working right now, checked my email while finishing dinner and now another half hour has drifted away, right, I'm off, armed with the to do list!
Love the map horse.

Its food for the soul - you must need to create to build your resilience for the uphill task of your to do list. And the horses are just fab!

Such fun! The names are brilliant. We always wanted a dog named Roofrack -- maybe you can use it for a horse.

I like Vicky's comment - it's food for the soul! I shall adopt that to make myself feel better when I carefully cover the top of a cardboard box in tiny scraps of paper (very artistically, obviosusly) when I should be doing 'stff off the list'
Keep making stuff, Katie, it makes us all happy to see your creativity!

Okay. I love these. This looks like so much fun. It's a great idea and I just got some new buttons!
I wanted to thank you for your sweet postcard, in Hanna's postcard swap! It's really pretty and that little stamp you put on the corner really makes me smile!
I'll be back!

Hi Katie - We've been totally inspired by you (again!) and made a galloping herd of horses this afternoon - pop over and have a peek if you have time! Lucy xxx
